Simple Pork and Zucchini‏

Pork and zucchiniIn Chinese cooking, there are a lot of different ways to make stir fry dishes with zucchini such as this pork and zucchini recipe I am going to share today.

To make this dish, all you need to do is cutting the ingredients (including the pork, zucchini and chili peppers) all into thin strips and stir fry them together. I assure you this simple yet tasty dish will impress your palate.

Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • ½ pound pork, cut into thin strips
  • 2 zucchini, cut into thin strips
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 3 spicy chili peppers, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a skillet pan over median-high heat, stir in the pork, cook for 1-2 minutes until it has changed color.
  2. Add the soy sauce and cooking wine and keep stir-frying the pork for another 1 minute.
  3. Add the garlic and zucchini and stir fry for about 3 minutes until zucchini has turned soft.
  4. Add salt and the chili pepper, stir fry for another 1-2 minutes and serve.
